Join Alex for a 4-session Vedic meditation course held over four days. Learn an automatic technique that dissolves stress, provides deep rest and increases your mental and physical performance.
The course is held over 4 sessions:
Session 1: private session (choose your own 1 hour session time). Tuesday 7:00am-8:00pm
Session 2: Wednesday 6pm-7:30pm
Session 3: Thursday 6pm-7:30pm
Session 4: Friday 6pm-7:30pm
Location: the course will be held at a studio space in South Yarra. Address will be given upon signing up for the course.
