Session 1: Friday 19th - A one hour, private session where you will receive your personal mantra and instructions for practise. Select your preferred time upon sign up (5pm-8pm)
Session 2: Saturday 20th - 10am-11:30am
Session 3: Sunday 21st - 10am-11:30am
Session 4: Monday 22nd - 7pm-8:30pm
Location: The course will be held at a studio in Middle Park. Address will be provided upon signing up for the course.
