The course is held over 4 sessions:
Session 1: Private 60 minute session, select preferred time upon sign up (between 8:30am-4:30pm)
Session 2: 90 minute small group session from 6:30pm-8:00pm
Session 3: 90 minute small group session from 7:00pm-8:30pm
Session 4: 90 minute small group session from 6:30pm-8:00pm
Location: studio in Mornington, address provided upon sign up to the course
