Come and learn Vedic meditation with Sarah over 4 sessions.
Day 1: the first day will be a 1:1 session where you will receive your personal mantra and learn the practise of Vedic meditation.
Days 2-4: In the following 3 sessions we will talk all about what meditation is/is not, how to fit it in to your daily life, what stress and fatigue is actually doing to the body and some of the changes to your life that can come through meditation.
Course times: Day 1 will be a private session and times will be chosen at individual requests upon signing up to learn. Sessions 2-4 will be held from 7.00pm - 8.30pm, 21-23September.
Location: the course will be held at a private space in Elwood. Address will be given upon signing up for the course.
