Deepen your experience, expand your awareness, and explore the living Vedic wisdom tradition.

Explore the many ways to advance your meditation practice and the steps towards our Radiate membership or becoming a Vedic meditation teacher.

After you learn Vedic meditation and are enjoying your daily practice, you can evolve through advanced offerings from your Vedic meditation teacher such as:

Vedic Rounding - a cyclical process of asana (postures), pranayama (breathing), and meditation. Designed to deepen your experience and heal the nervous system, rounding can be practiced daily or as/when you feel. Taught in-person via workshop format.

Advanced mantra - every 6-12 months of daily practice you can receive an advanced mantra and/or technique. This enables you to experience subtler states in your meditation and integrate this wisdom into your daily life. Taught in-person, 90min, via private or small group format.

Mentoring - many Vedic meditation teachers offer private mentoring, a powerful way to integrate your meditation practice deeper into daily life, alongside exploring the Vedic wisdom.

Retreats - attend a Vedic rounding retreat to deepen your experience and release lifetimes of stress from the body. Each teacher facilitates their own style of retreat, with many including rounding, Vedic wisdom sessions, community connection, and travel to spiritual places around the world.

Once you have learnt Vedic rounding and have an advanced mantra technique, you may feel called to engage in an advanced Vedic wisdom training.

Each Vedic meditation teacher offers their own expression of the training, having been trained by Mahasoma, guiding meditators to embody and live the Vedic wisdom in daily life. Current offerings by our teachers include:

Advanced Vedic wisdom training:

Laura Poole - TBA 2026/27

Sarah O’Brien - TBA 2026/27

The Siddhis:

Laura Poole in Noosa beginning May 1st, 2026

Once you have completed an advanced Vedic wisdom training you are welcome to join Radiate - our regenerative space for mentorship, community, and co-creation to help you refine your relationship with your tradition, awaken your unique transmission, and serve from wholeness, while being in a supportive community of belonging.

This may lead to the desire to train as a Vedic meditation teacher and share the practice and wisdom that has changed one’s life with more people. Vedic meditation initiator training (VMIT) is held over one year and is by application only. Please get in touch if you’d like to know more. We also offer advanced teacher trainings for Vedic meditation initiators to continue developing their offerings by creating a bespoke Vedic wisdom training for their meditators, which is a prerequisite for Mahasoma teacher trainings.
