This workshop is for those who have already learned the ‘upgraded’ sequence of rounding and would like to join Kathleen for a restful and rejuvenating extended morning practice together. This is your opportunity to take yourself on a half day local retreat and enjoy deep rest on the first day of winter.

We will start with a brief fire ceremony to open our time together then flow into 3 rounds. We will close by having a warm meal together where you are invited to stay and meet other meditators.
